Book Recommendations for Disney Fans

Me and the lovely Hannah from Courage and Kindness have teamed up to bring you our book recommendations for Disney lovers. I have chosen books that have a magical element to them and that I have enjoyed. So, without further or do here are the four books I have chosen to share. The Land of Stories by Chris Colfer This book is about a set of twins called Connor and Alex who discover that a book their grandmother has given them is a magic book that takes them to a place called The Land of Stories. We follow the story of them finding a way to get home and along the way they meet all our favourite fairytale characters such as Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and many more. Along the way the twins find out that they are connected to this land a lot more closely than they thought. European Premiere of Christopher Robin

On Sunday, I was very lucky to attend the European premiere of Christopher Robin at the BFI Southbank in London. I got this chance after I won a competition through the Walt Disney Studios Facebook page after answering a question right and from that I won four tickets for the premiere.  What a day this was, I could collect my ticket from 4pm, so we had a wonder around London first and visited various places such as the Disney Store, Toms and Spectrum Beauty who recently opened on Carnaby Street. We walked slowly over the Thames to Southbank and ate our lunch in the National Theatre and walked out to what we discovered was the behind of the premiere. We checked out what was happening and they were letting people in to go behind the barriers. Unfortunately, they were sticking to their 4pm ticket collection which was fine.
